Philip Chambers brings a distinctive blend of higher education administration and property management expertise developed over more than 15 years in student-facing roles. His property management experience spans both student housing and conventional multifamily, with leadership roles at Core Spaces, Horizon Realty Advisors, and Book & Ladder. He has overseen communities ranging from an 888-bed student housing property at Washington State University to a LEED Gold certified luxury midrise in Reno. At Rutgers University, he spent over six years serving students as Associate Director of Off-Campus Living and Community Partnerships, advocating for 12,000-14,000 off-campus students.
